Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot on request. Highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed lawned garden with decking and furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 5 mins walk, pub 2 mins walk. Note: There are steep, twisting cottage stairs which may not be suitable for people with limited mobility or young children. Note: The folding bed is only suitable for a child only. "We really enjoyed our stay at Phoebe's Cottage. It was ideally suited for all local attractions, whether by foot into Romsey itself or car a little further afield. Private parking to the rear of the property, nicely kitted out kitchen, comfy, homely living room with TV (Sky) and DVD player. Comfortable bedroom and nice size bathroom with decent shower. Clean and well maintained owners were very easy to deal with and we appreciated other little touches, such as milk and juice upon arrival, information about the local attractions etc, a very nice stay."

"We have just returned from a weeks stay at Phoebes with our dog Billy. It is a lovely cottage in a great location. Easy to get to and a great place to stay. There is a lovely pub almost opposite and all the shops you need within a few minutes walk. Even though you have a busy main road just yards away it is peaceful , safe and well worth the time spent there. Lovely walks for the dog and within easy reach of many of the counties attractions. All in all we had a great time"

"We recently stayed a week in the cottage and really enjoyed our stay, full of character and little extras provided like blankets by the fire, the welcome drinks were much appreciated, ideal location to relax, lovely pub right opposite, a short walk to a lovely town, and a short drive from everything else from shopping, history and the new forest where we spent a lot of our time, cottage was well equipped, clean, cosy and very comfortable bed, we look forward to staying again!"
