Note: Please be aware the owners host The New Forest Show on the grounds surrounding the property each year, the dates are as follows: 30, 31st July and 1st august 2019, 28th, 29th and 30th July 2020, 27th, 28th and 29th July 2021 - please see the show website for further details. Please note: This prop is on 250 acres farm which also includes a camp site which is opposite the prop.

"New Park Farm Cottage is a lovely property in an excellent location within the New Forest with direct level access straight into the forest and Brockenhurst village (about 2 miles). The cottage is well equipped and had been cleaned to a high standard. There is also a large lawned garden to the rear and side of the cottage. Would recommend. (NB, this property is located within the grounds of New Park Manor Hotel offering additional leisure facilities at an extra cost and the New Forest Show. It is also immediately opposite a campsite. The property owners live on the estate so are easily contactable should any issues arise during the stay.)"
