Kitchen/dining room. Sitting room with woodburning fire. Gas central heating and woodburning fire. Oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, smart TV, Wii, DVD player and WiFi. Selection of games, books,selection of DVD's and Wii games. Childrens toys available from ages 2-13. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot linen and dressing gowns for the hot tub are provided. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Off-road parking. Garden with sheltered hot tub and enclosed lawn area with football nets and playhouse. Use of lake for fishing (must bring your own license and equipement) and walking. Sorry, no pets and no smoking (including outdoor areas). Shop within 0.4 miles and pub within 1.3 miles. Please note: This property do not accept hen/stag or similar parties. Note: Mezzanine second bedroom has a sloping roof. Please note: The property will have a Christmas tree and Christmas decoration from first week of December.
Location
Willow Lodge is a superb base resting within the village of South Cave. Within the ground-floor accommodation, you will find a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. There is also a family bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower, freestanding bath, basin and WC. Moving through the property, you will find a spacious sitting room with a woodburning fire, leading into a kitchen/diner. Outside, you will find a sheltered hot tub area and a lawn space with football nets. Guests will also have access to a large fishing lake and ample off-road parking. Willow Lodge is a superb property resting within the village of South Cave.
The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

"We booked willow lodge for our 1st wedding anniversary for 2 nights found through sykes cottages . The photos of the cottage looked beautiful and the hot tub and large garden did it for us as we took our 2 daughters . This cottage is just perfection , the interior is beautiful and absolutely spotless. Our 2 daughters were made up with th cupboards and boxes of games and toy's and dvds and there's also a little tree house in the garden full of outdoor games and toy's too . The cottage is so well equipped,so there's no need to take your own towels , bedding , etc... it has everthing you could possibly need . The hot tub was all set up ready for us and was lovely on a evening and the location is so peaceful and relaxing . This was a 5 star stay for us , one of the nicest places we have ever stayed and we would go back in a heartbeat ."
