Highchair and stairgates available. Rear decking and patio with furniture. Up to four dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking or vaping. Roadside parking subject to availability. Shop within 0.2 miles and pub within 0.1 mile (at the end of the road). Beach 100 yards away. Please note: The stairs up to the second floor are very steep and may not be suitable for younger children or older adults.
