Electric heating, woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, fridge, dishwasher, TV with Freeview. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Gravel and patio areas with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile.
Location
Rock House Lodge is a detached cottage just outside of Newick in East Sussex. It comes with one double bedroom which benefits from an en-suite, the property can sleep two people. Also inside it has an open-plan living area including a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. To the exterior there is ample off-road parking, a gravel area and a patio with furniture. Rock House Lodge is a unique, stylish lodge placed excellently for exploring the popular towns, countryside and coastline of East Sussex.
Newick is a village in the heart of Sussex and south of the High Weald AONB. It has local amenities including a chemist, grocery store with Post Office and a bakery, it also has three pubs serving food as well as a restaurant. The popular town of Lewes is close by with first-class spots to eat and drink. The coast can also be reached, with the quaint Brighton within driving distance.
With many quaint, seaside and market towns, historic sites and miles of glorious coastline to explore, Sussex has it all for a great holiday destination.

It is beautifully appointed with luxury comforts, and outdoor sitting / dining options. A lovely welcome pack was waiting and the farms own eggs from the lovely John - Master Chicken rare breed specialist, waiting to be cooked for breakfast' Convenient to local attractions and shopping."
