Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 1 car. Enclosed patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 8 mins walk. Beach 10 mins walk. Note: Step in patio. Note: The apartment is in a block of five, all sharing a communal hallway. Note : No stag/hen or similar.

Outside there is off road parking for one car and an enclosed patio with furniture. Beach Retreat is a short walk to the top of the cliff where you can take a lift down to the lovely sandy beach. All of the visitor attractions are within easy reach, including restaurants, cinema, shops and theatre with the popular seaside town of Bournemouth and all its attractions close by.

"Me and my partner had a fantastic stay here. The ground floor flat is decorated and furnished to a high standard with everything you could need. It is extremely spacious and comfortable with a lovely garden space, perfect for a BBQ. Location is perfect, with off street parking, in trendy Bournemouth suburb, Southbourne. 5 minute walk from both the sea with miles of gorgeous sandy beaches and the high street with plenty of independent shops, restaurants and bars. This flat is perfect for couples or for a family and we look forward to returning this year!"
