Reviews of Old Yew Cottage

"I stayed in the cottage for a week with my partner's family. The cottage was lovely. All the rooms were really clean and very spacious; even though there were 8 of us it didn't feel too cramped. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do; and had off street parking for all our cars. It was really relaxing in the cottage that we didn't feel the need to leave too frequently to do other activities. There was a garden you could relax in; a conservatory where you could play games and two living rooms where you could watch television or relax reading a book. I would recommend the place and would definitely stay again."

"The house was in a very good position for touring the area. The local White Lion Pub is a short walk away and served very good food and owners and locals were very friendly. The community shop was on the doorstep and excellent. Very peaceful village. We also made good use of the wood burning stove as we have one at home it created a very cosy atmosphere. "

"Beautiful cottage in an ideal Dorset location. Reasonably priced community village store just 2 doors away which was very convenient for bits and bobs. Local attractions eg Lyme Regis, Yeovil, Bridport, West Bay are all within a scenic 20-30 minute drive. Local pub (White Lion) very friendly with good food at reasonable prices and very child and dog friendly. We had our children with us, and they had a super time, each with their own rooms. The cottage was very spacious. Really lovely cottage, and we would definitely stay again."
