Location

Cotfield House is a spacious detached three-storey house 250 yards from the centre of the Devon coastal village of Mortehoe. The house sleeps ten people in five bedrooms, three double and a twin on the first floor with three en suites and a family bathroom, and a double on the top floor. On the ground floor are a sitting room with wood burning stove, a dining room and a kitchen with doors to the garden. Outside is a big enclosed garden around the house with great sea views, lawn and a barbecue area on a sun terrace. With stunning sea views, Cotfield House is a brilliant base for a break on the Devon coast.

The seaside town of Woolacombe is located on the north Devon coast and is home to a wonderful 3 mile long golden beach which has been awarded Blue Flag status and has safe family swimming. Woolacombe has won many awards and is a fabulous holiday destination with a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants.
