Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washer dryer, TV, DVD player, WiFi and a selection of books. Off-road parking for one car per cottage. Highchair. Shared access to the owner's garden surrounding the house. Private patio with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome as per house rules. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2.2 miles, pub 2 miles. Note: There is a pond on site, please supervise children at all times. Note: Changeover day is Saturday. Note: Check-in is from 4pm onwards. Note: Check-out time is 10am
