Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Patio with furniture, plus shared use of owners' extensive garden. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 4 miles. Note: There are a small number of internal steps.

Peace and quiet is guaranteed at Primrose Cottage, from where walks, sandy beaches and lovely villages can be enjoyed.
The town of Great Torrington is situated above River Torridge within driving distance to the North Devon coast. The town offers a selection of individual shops and pubs, plus a mile away is the wonderful RHS garden at Rosemoor. There are also many delightful villages and beaches in the area.
Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

"4 of us travelling, myself, partner and my 2 children lovely cottage in a beautiful location ( but roads are for the more accomplished driver) . Lovely accommodation is clean and peaceful and the host as Hilary and Colin are extremely friendly. A perfect base for a weeks summer break , exploring local north Devon . Highly recommended . "
