Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed lawned garden with furniture. Children's play area 25 yards from cottage. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 3 miles. Note: Fenced lake within farm grounds, children to be supervised at all times. Note: Check-in 4pm. Note: Strong 4G signal in area. Note: Max 5 people including infants. Note: From January 2021, the property will be changing to a 2 bedroom, including one large double bedroom and a twin bedroom. Max 4 adults and 1 infant.

Location

Drewstone Arches is a delightful barn conversion situated on the owners' livestock farm, three miles from South Molton. This cottage sleeps five people in three ground floor bedrooms, consisting of a double, a twin and a single, as well as a ground floor bathroom. The cottage also has a first floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Outside, there's off road parking for two cars and an enclosed lawned garden with furniture and barbecue. Drewstone Arches is ideally based for exploring the Exmoor National Park and the coast of North Devon.

The Devon market town of South Molton is known as The Gateway to Exmoor. The town offers a range of shops, amenities and a weekly market. Close by are forests, moors, rivers and coast, with churches and other buildings of historical significance. There is superb walking on the South West Coast Path and the North Devon beaches are varied and interesting, and why not visit the National Trust's Watersmeet Gorge?

Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
