WiFi, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, iPod dock, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent Oct-March; at other times of year fuel for stove can be purchased locally. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Hot Tub towels are not provided. Ample shared off road parking. Private 6-person hot tub overlooking the valley Enclosed lawned garden with furniture and BBQ, plus shared 6-acre site with children's play area with trampoline, goal post, swings and slides. Shared external games room with table tennis, pool table, table football and TV with PS2 and games. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: One of the double bedrooms and both twins have sloping ceilings. Note: Property over three floors, with 8 steps from ground floor to first floor level and then a further 8 steps to second floor level. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available on request. Please note that this property is in a rural location accessed by country lanes that are single track in some places. The nearest village is 1 mile away and the nearest town is 4 miles. Whilst all parties are welcome at the property, guests should be made aware of the quiet, rural nature of the location and consideration should be given to the other guests and properties on-site.

Apple Barn is a large, character cottage set in a group of similar properties, near North Molton in Devon. "Set back in the countryside surrounded by rolling hills is the beautiful Apple Barn. We found it relatively easy to find and loved our 3 night stay in December. The barn was nice and modern with a big lounge area. It was great to have a log fire during our winter visit. The hot tub was perfect. We ventured out a few times to go for dinner or a wonder around the local towns but we were happy to relax at the barn and watch movies or play board games. There was also a games room that was open to guests."

"For our first family get away in a long time we wanted something to tick all the boxes, and Apple Barn certainly did that! The owners were helpful with things to do, accommodating and super friendly, even being so kind as to lend us herbs and spices when we needed them for home cooking! The welcome pack was a lovely surprise! With ages ranging from 6 to 60, Apple Barn had something for everyone. The games room was perfect for the younger ones, and the peace and quite just what the more mature side of our family longed for! We would all highly recommend Apple Barn, in its beautiful setting and cosy but large interior. :-)"

"A beautiful holiday house which was spacious downstairs and cosy upstairs. Lovely welcome from owners who were helpful but not obtrusive. Welcome pack very useful. Lovely outdoor spaces to enjoy the fantastic views. Even on the odd cold and damp days we were able to enjoy the views from the huge windows overlooking the valley. A great base to explore lovely North Devon. Certainly would recommend this property for family gatherings. The en suite bathrooms were so useful in the mornings when we wanted to make an early start."
