Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: Property has steep stairs and there are steps from the patio up to the lawned garden. Outside there there is an enclosed south-facing lawned garden and there is off road parking for one car. 2 Huxtables is a lovely barn and is perfect for a family wishing to explore Devon with both Exmoor and the coast within reach.
