The bustling market town of Ottery St Mary, renowned for its annual November 5th 'Tar Barrels' celebration is just one mile away. Charlston is within easy reach of both the East Devon and Dorset coastline and a short drive away from the cathedral city of Exeter. All on one level, Charlston has a large, bright, open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with glazed doors which look out over your own flower filled garden and the adjacent church. The large double bedroom enjoys views over the garden and is adjacent to the newly fitted family bathroom. Ideal for younger guests, the smaller bunk room has its own en suite shower room.

A great walking area, with the banks of the River Otter or hill climbs offering views of Dartmoor. Nearby Escot Country Park is a wildlife attraction and the 20 mile stretch of Jurassic Coast is a short drive away, where Seaton, Budleigh Salterton, Exmouth and Sidmouth are found. An easy drive away is Exeter with shops, museums, a theatre and many restaurants.
