Gas oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, kettle. TV with freeview, WIFI. Fuel and power and starter pack inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Part covered decking area with furniture. Off road parking for 1 car. Two well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 15 mins walk (5 mins drive) and pub next door to site. Note: Though tbis property is all ground floor, there are steps up into the property and therefore may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.

Lynton is a small town on the Exmoor coast in Devon, England. It stands on top of the cliffs above the picturesque harbour village of Lynmouth. In Lynton is the Parish Church of St Mary, which stands overlooking the sea, surrounded by shops and hotels. The tower is mainly 13th century but the church itself has been enlarged and altered, most notably in 1741, when the nave was rebuilt, and later in Victorian times. Evidence of Iron Age activity can be found at the nearby Roborough Castle.

Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
