Kintyre Cottage lies within the Millman horse racing stables, in the tranquil and beautiful region of East Devon that lies on the fringes of the Blackdown Hills and Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Elegantly furnished, this modern high standard cottage has three tasteful first floor bedrooms with a wonderful luxurious bathroom and can sleep up to six people. A useful ground floor shower room, high quality kitchen/breakfast room and cosy sitting room complete the stunning interior. Outside a gravel enclosed courtyard garden offers parking and spot to relax in the sunshine. For horse lovers you will enjoy see them file past the cottage on their daily trip to the gallops that can also be used for dog walks when not in use. Tours of the stables can be arranged. A wonderful position to explore the beautiful East Devon region, Kintyre makes a very special stay.

Located in the rolling green countryside of East Devon on the fringes of The Blackdown Hills an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the area is picturesque and a haven for walkers. Totally unspoiled, the landscape is laced with rivers, streams, woodland and farmland and famed for its community of high quality food producers. Dulford lies on the A373 the main trunk road that connects Cullompton to Honiton, providing easy access to the East Devon and Dorset Jurassic coast resorts such as Lyme Regis, Seaton and Beer. Also conveniently placed for the M5 at Cullompton both Dartmoor and Exmoor are within easy reach as is the South Devon coastline. The city of Exeter is 16 miles and the pretty estuary village of Topsham can be reached in roughly half and hour.
