Open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. External utility/shed. Eco heating. Electric combi/microwave oven and hob, fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer in utility/shed, dishwasher, computer for playing DVDs, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Front and rear patio with furniture, rear enclosed lawn. Two well behaved dogs welcome downstairs only. Sorry, no smoking. Pub 1 mile, shop 3 miles. Note: This property does not have a TV, however there is a computer for playing DVDs.

Salters is a converted barn less than a mile from Black Dog near Crediton in Devon. It has a king size bedroom and a zip link twin room which can be made into a king size upon request, there is also a family shower room, it can sleep four people. Also inside there is an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the outside there is ample off road parking, patios to the front and rear of the house with a table, chairs and a picnic bench as well as a lawn to the rear. Salters is a very high quality cottage in a stunning rural location.

The village has a pub to sit and refuel after exploring the area. Black Dog has thatched cottages and stunning views. It is a secluded village however has some incredible locations nearby that need to be seen, Crediton offers a range of amenities, with Tiverton and Barnstaple being popular, beautiful places to go. For you real outdoors people, Black Dog comes sandwiched between the Dartmoor and Exmoor National Parks.
