Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot on request. Hairdryer. Off road parking for one car. Outside rear carpark raised area with a bench, this is also accessed by two other properties. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 minute walk. Note: Access to the parking is behind the property. Note: For the travel cot, bedding is not provided, please bring your own.

Otterton is a pleasant rural village in the beautiful East Devon AONB. It provides a small selection of shops and a pub to enjoy. Nearby you can utilise the number of paths and trails for cycling and walking whilst admiring the wonderful scenery. If a day at the beach is what you fancy, then head to Sidmouth just three miles away with its fabulous sandy beach as well as a wide range of shops and eateries to enjoy.
Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

"We stayed at Willow cottage in July. The cottage is very clean and comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The cottage is very well laid out and all the beds are so comfy. The kings arms pub is just over the road and serves tasty food. Lot's to do and see in the surrounding area. Would highly recommend Willow cottage. "
