Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Dog washing and drying facilities available at an extra charge. Sorry no smoking. Note: Washing machine & tumble dryer available in the shared laundry room which is separate to the property. Note: Check-in time 4pm

The Roundhouse is a stylish stone cottage set on Heale Farm on the outskirts of Parracombe, Devon. The cottage is reverse level and sleeps two people in one king-size bedroom on the ground floor with an en-suite bathroom. The property is also home to a bathroom and on the first floor is an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside you are welcome to explore the extensive grounds and surrounding woodlands or try your hand at table tennis or pool in the games barn. The Roundhouse is an idyllic spot for two, close to coast and country.
