Welcome to The Old Mill. This three storey mill house is situated in the Devon hamlet of Blakewell and can sleep eleven people in five bedrooms.

Bathroom with bath, shower over, WC, basin. Middle floor sitting room with wood burning stove. Conservatory. Kitchen with dining area and breakfast bar. Middle floor WC with basin. Indoor swimming pool (seasonal opening) Central heating with wood burning stove. BBQ, Microwave, fridge, fridge-freezer, tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, Smart TV with DVD, WiFi, Phone, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Location

The Old Mill is a magical mill house in the peaceful Devon hamlet of Blakewell. The house sleeps eleven people in five bedrooms over two levels, two double, a single and two family bedrooms. On the middle floor is a sitting room with wood burning stove, a conservatory and a kitchen with dining area. Outside is a big garden with indoor pool (for seasonal use), an orchard and a patio. Just over a mile from the town of Barnstaple, The Old Mill is a wonderful place for a Devon break.

Barnstaple enjoys a superb location at the mouth of the Taw Estuary, on the spectacular North Devon coastline between Westward Ho! and Croyde and is a short drive from the Exmoor National Park.

Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
