Welcome to The Bothy. This adorable romantic, ground-floor cottage in Parracombe is in 40 acres of grounds and can sleep two people.

Accommodation

All ground floor. Open-plan living area with king size four poster bed, sitting area and dining area. Kitchen. Shower room with shower cubicle, WC and basin Storage heating with wood burning stove. Microwave, fridge, TV with DVD, WiFi, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for one car. Sorry, no smoking. 1x small dog (under 8kg) allowed. Dog washing and drying facilities available at an extra charge. Note: A Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer are available in the shared Laundry room which is separate to the property. Note: This property does not accept children, except babes in arms. Note: This property has a private water supply which is tested regularly. Note: The Bothy is only accessed via a sloping path that may not be suitable for those unsteady on their feet. Note: Check-in time 4pm

Location

The Bothy, is a magical, romantic detached cottage in the 40 acre grounds of Heale Farm. The open plan cottage sleeps two people in a king-size four poster bed. There is a sitting area with woodburning stove and dining area with table and chairs for two. Outside you are welcome to explore the extensive grounds and surrounding woodlands or try your hand at table tennis or pool in the games barn. The Bothy is an idyllic spot for two, close to coast and country.

At the point where the Exmoor National Park and the North Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty meet, is where you'll find Combe Martin. This small seaside resort, with all of the necessary amenities, is a great attraction to locals and visitors alike, and is home to a very popular beach as well its own Dinosaur Park!

Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
