Travel cot, highchair, and baby mat. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Large communal garden area and raised patio area with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2.5 miles. Note: There is a stream on site. Note: Two steps down from the lounge/diner to the kitchen. Note: Wifi may be intermittent.

Barnstaple is a coastal town with a market, shops, restaurants and bars, along with two beaches popular with surfers and families. Barnstaple lies at the end of the Tarka line railway journey, which takes you through the North Devon countryside of valleys, moorland and a coastline.
