Reviews of Jarrah

"We absolutely love this cottage, and visit every year. It is clean, comfy and in a beautiful setting! Donna is wonderfully friendly but also respects privacy! We stayed as a family, my parents, my partner, myself any our 3 year old daughter - the cottage was a perfect place base for our daily adventures. Can't wait for next time! We have stayed in sunshine and rain, there is so much to do in North Devon."

"Greeted by our host Donna, with a very warm friendly welcome. Beautiful cottage, in a quiet location, but close to all attractions. The cottage is well maintained, very clean and tidy and has everything you require for your stay. The gardens are beautiful and well kept. The views from the cottage are stunning and the horses in the field next door are very friendly. I would highley recommend this cottage to family and friends. My husband and I along with our 15 month old Granddaughter had a wonderful week at Jarrah. Thank you once again Donna and Russ."

"Four of us stayed for 5 days whilst working nearby. The property is very nicely kept and was a fantastic base for us. Very quiet and peaceful, extensive beautiful gardens and surrounded by a field overlooking a Forrest. Although we were working nightshift we still had a little time to appreciate the relaxing environment, take advantage of the BBQ facilities and enjoy the freedom of the large gardens. The owners who live in the property next door were very welcoming upon arrival whilst respecting our privacy during our stay. I would thoroughly recommend this property as a base whilst away on business or as a holiday home vacation. You will not be disappointed. Thankyou"

"We stayed here for a week in April with 3 young (1-7) kids and had a great time. Location is brilliant for taking in the best of North Devon's attractions, whatever the weather. Onsite woodland and wildlife, fantastic beaches and theme parks within 15 mins. Cottage and gardens are lovely with lots of windows to make the most of the fantastic woodland and paddock views. The owner was very helpful and made us feel truly at home. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend."
