Microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, tumble dryer, washing machine, TV with DVD and WiFi. Phone for incoming calls. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. No mobile phone reception at the property. Note: Dogs are permitted in the kitchen and utility area only, and dog washing and drying facilities available at an extra charge. Note: Check-in time 4pm. Note: Shared use of laundry room which is separate to the property (washing machine, tumble dryer) and games barn (table tennis, pool table). Heale Farm Cottage is a wonderful stone-built cottage in 40 acres of grounds in Parracombe, Devon. Split level, the cottage can sleep five people in three ground-floor bedrooms; a king-size double, a twin and a single room. Also on the ground floor is a smart fitted kitchen with a dining area and two bathrooms. On the first floor is a large sitting room with a woodburning stove and lovely long views over the surrounding countryside. Outside you are welcome to explore the extensive grounds and surrounding woodlands or try your hand at table tennis or pool in the games barn. There is off-road parking for two cars. Heale Farm Cottage is in an idyllic spot peaceful spot, close to coast and country.

Parracombe can be found settled within the excitement of the Exmoor National Park, with easy access to the beauty of both the coast and countryside. With plenty of opportunities to spot nature, soak in the Devonshire sun and explore with your loved ones, it makes the perfect base for a getaway at any time of year. With easy access to Combe Martin and Lynton too, there's no better area from which to explore the many delights of Devon.
