Terraced garden with large level lawn, patio, furniture, BBQ, summerhouse and natural enclosed pond. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Note: The area containing the pond is unsuitable for unsupervised children but can be accessed as desired via the locked gate.

Barnstaple rests on the North Devon coastline between Westward Ho! and Croyde and is a short drive from the Exmoor National Park. Barnstaple is a coastal town with a market, shops, restaurants and bars, along with two beaches popular with surfers and families. Barnstaple lies at the end of the Tarka line railway journey, which takes you through the North Devon countryside of valleys, moorland and a coastline, plus close by is the village of Clovelly.
