Reviews of Two Tees

"The furnishings were very dated and tired with a rather unpleasant smell in the downstairs rooms. The bed linen and duvets had seen better days, very cheap and worn. It was unusual not to have anywhere to hang coats in the hallway, especially with the wet weather in that area. The front bedrooms are affected by the road noise, however the backrooms are fine although the window openings leave a lot to be desired...... The location was not ideal for walking or for eating out, you would have to drive a distance to find a pub that served food. On the plus side Leabrooks fish bar, a very short walk away, served beautiful fish and chips. That aside the owner, who lives next door, was very friendly and did check we were ok."

"In a very convenient location for places of interest in both Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire. The owner is very friendly and very helpful. It was beautifully clean and had all the facilities we needed. If you are just wanting to travel locally there is a bus stop very close by and food shopping is within walking distance. I would recommend it to anyone and would happily use it again."

"This was the second time we had stayed. For a 3 bed detached, it is excellent value for money. Our aim this time was to visit the National Trust properties in the area and Sherwood Forest. Last time we visited the Peak District, it is convenient for all these places. There is a Co-op within 5 minutes walk and Tesco or Sainsbury's within a 10 minute drive. All very good for a low cost family self-catering holiday. The owners next door are always very friendly and helpful."
