"Linbery was a lovely property in a quiet little cul de sac, with a public house at the end of the road and another within five minute walk. We found it was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. It was a perfect location for exploring both the peaks and the potteries. Matlock was only a ten minute drive as was Critch Tram Museum. The only downside we could see with this property was the stairs upto the mezzanine which was both steep and open. There was a child gate at the top but there was no way you could fix one at the bottom to stop little ones going up. Whilst this was no problem to us it could be for anyone with children under Five."
