"We had a wonderful time at Hunter's Moon. It was great and we immediately felt completely at home. The house is a good mix of traditional character and modern features. The area is beautiful and although we enjoyed fine weather the evenings were cool (early Autumn!) so the underfloor heating was most welcome and kept us toasty warm. A super house, would recommend to anyone. Thanks for having us!"

"Hunters Moon is a delightful cottage and the owners have provided everything for an enjoyable stay - very thoughtfully furnished and stocked. The garden/patio area is superb, and has a lovely selection of "cottage garden" plants. It's an ideal location for visiting the Lake District, with good walks straight from the house, and all the major lakes within 5 to 15 miles. We will definitely come again and recommend it to our family and friends."
