"We were looking for property for our week long break and decided on Co Durham where we found this cottage, near enough shops and places to visit but quiet and peaceful enough for a rest. This is it! We found the cottage had everything we needed including wifi and an honesty box for the use of the telephone in the cottage if we required to contact the outside world.. The area did not have great mobile coverage but when you want peace, then mobiles don't matter. There is a well looked after, 4 acre garden to enjoy in this peaceful area."
