First floor conservatory with views over the garden and lake and gallery landing with reading area. Bathroom with bath, hand-held shower, walk in shower and two washbasins. Central heating, open fire with wood burning stove. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for seven cars. Childrens play area, barbecue. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, Sorry no smoking. Pub less than 1 mile from property. "We have visited Looe every year since 1988 in various holiday lets and campsites. This year we wanted somewhere to take our family (children + grandchildren) to celebrate a 60th birthday for a party of 6 adults and 5 children and not too far from Looe where a lot of our memories where made. Well we struck gold ! This house gave us the space to enjoy each others company without feeling claustraphobic. In fact we needed a shoe horn at times to get the children out of the house ! Very very well acquiped...every ammenity provided. Beautiful house and convenient location and just one more wonderful memory. Sad to leave. Happy to remember."

"Great house. Spacious and well stocked. Room for all of us, 17 in total from 6 to 89 and a dog. Loved watching the birds across the quarry lake and star gazing at night. Excellent beds and crisp linen. Plenty of toys for little ones, crabbing gear, murder mystery sets, wifi, Aga cookbooks and access to local Country Club where we chilled in the spa. Organised big shop delivery to house for our arrival. helpful Holidays company were excellent."
