"Couldn't fault this excellent apartment. Located about a 3 minute walk from Mithian which is close to St Agnes. Our delightful hosts Serena and Jim were so helpful and on hand to give advice. The apartment is exactly like the photographs. It has a sitting room with TV, double bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, sofa bed, childs cot We were amazed at how much was provided. Home made cake, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, fresh milk, fruit, fresh flowers, toiletries, towels, an array of cleaning accoutrements, a dish washer and washing machine. There are beautiful walks by the coast and the local pub which serves nice food is 3 minutes away. There is a delightful deck with tables and chairs which has you sitting facing the sun and the quiet countryside...an oasis. Everything was spotlessly clean. There was tons of reading material about the area and there were lots of board games and films also. Highly recommend. Will we go back? Definitely YES. "

"A great little place that is good value and close to some lovely beaches. Was a real treat to sit outside on garden patio in sunshine with a coffee and some breakfast to start the day. Flat is good sized for two people and kitchen is well equipped - we cooked properly one night for dinner as well as going out for meals. All in all a very comfortable stay and will hopefully be back soon."

"Arrived 14th July for a weeks holiday. Left after 3 days. There are no facilities to post the photos we have here for reasons unknown. However we found the property to be tired and worn, suffering from chronic damp, and there were rats roaming around the garden."
