3 Rosecraddoc Lodge is a light and bright, detached cottage set entirely over the ground floor. Located on a peaceful holiday village in pretty countryside, two miles from Liskeard, this cottage can sleep up to four people. The cottage boasts two comfortable bedrooms, one double and one twin, and a family bathroom. The rest of the cottage includes an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is off road parking for one car, a patio garden, and access to the neighbouring holiday village which provides fishing, a restaurant and a bar. 3 Rosecraddoc Lodge is set in a fantastic location, and is an ideal base for a family or group of friends wishing to explore south Cornwall.

The historic market town of Liskeard is located in South East Cornwall at the head of the Looe Valley, and is home to a number of shops, pubs and restaurants. The beaches and harbour of the quaint fishing port of Looe is a mere 13 miles away. In-between there's fishing and watersports at nearby Siblyback Lake, Cotehele House (NT) and gardens, and the championship golf course at St Mellion Country Club. Head to the world famous Eden Project for a superb day out with the children. Even the maritime city of Plymouth with its historic Barbican docks area, outstanding shops, theatres and restaurants and the National Maritime Museum is only 40 minutes by car.

Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain's premier holiday destinations.
