Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for one car. Enclosed garden with patio and furniture. Three well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Local farm shop 1.5 miles shop and pub 3 miles. Note: The cottage can be booked with the adjoining farmhouse ref 954402 sleeping 10 in total. Note: Single sofa bed available, this will need to be requested via the owner before arrival. A meal can be provided and left in the fridge for your arrival. Food deliveries are available at this postcode. The bird feeders attract a wide variety of birds, over 30 species have been spotted. Local dog friendly Beach Black Rock at Widemouth. Dog treats and towels left for pets on arrival. NOTE - Due to rural location the WiFi is not super fast.

The town of Launceston, situated on the Devon and Cornwall border, has wonderful architecture and is dominated by the ruins of a Norman castle sitting high above the town. Visit the Tamar Otter Park just 3 miles away or take a trip on the steam train from Launceston through the beautiful Kensey Valley on a 5-mile round trip. Launceston is within driving distance of the seaside resorts of Bude and Padstow to the north, and Plymouth to the south, as well as the stunning Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor.
