Alm Lodge is a splendid, detached cottage situated next door to a working farm on the outskirts of North Petherwin, near the coastal village of Launceston. There is also family bathroom on the first floor and a ground floor wet room. The cottage offers a well-equipped kitchen, a dining room with doors leading to the garden, and a sitting room boasting a woodburning stove and French doors leading outside. Outside, there is a front, enclosed garden, a patio with furniture, and off road parking for two cars. Alm Lodge is the perfect base for family and friends exploring Cornwall, all year round.

Launceston is situated on the Devon and Cornwall border and is dominated by the ruins of a Norman castle which sits high above the town. Launceston also offers wonderful architecture including exquisite Georgian buildings. Just three miles away is the Tamar Otter Park and taking a trip on the steam train from Launceston through the beautiful Kensey Valley on a 5 mile round trip is essential. Other places to visit are the stunning Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor and with delightful seaside towns nearby, Launceston is a perfect base all year round.

"A beautiful conversion with plenty of space, a good grassy area for our grandson to run around in and plenty of seating for the patio so we could eat outside. Lots of thought has gone into this property. It is in a lovely setting, which is very quiet. The owners were very friendly and helpful."
