Under floor heating, electric oven with hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, TV, DVD, Superfast Broadband/WiFi. Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Power inc in rent. Cot and high chair available. Barbecue. Sorry no smoking and no pets. Off road parking for two cars.

"The location is quite literally in the middle of hill farmland, with beautiful views from the kitchen patio doors. We didn't see a soul other than the owner on our arrival. Quiet and peaceful setting on a working sheep farm, although no sign of any activity during our stay. The Barn has been beautifully converted to a high spec. Everything we needed was there. Our party of 6 adults and a dog had plenty of living space, outdoor decking and garden plus room to park 3 cars privately. All guests commented on the super comfy beds, we all slept soundly after days out exploring the coast. There's plenty to do for all ages but be prepared for quite a lot of driving; there are no local amenities within walking distance."
