This detached, ground floor cottage lies in a rural location outside the village of Porkellis in South Cornwall. It has one double bedroom for two people and a wet room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. The Old Cows House is a calm retreat with plenty to see and do in a lovely part of Cornwall.

Helston lies at the western gateway to the Lizard Peninsula, a large area of downland fringed by the coastline. This market town is famous for its Flora Day Festival and the many stories and legends about the "Furry Dance" are told in the Helston Folk Museum. Nearby is the Poldark Mine, one of the best underground experiences in the south west and which tells of the widespread mining heritage of this area. Further afield is the harbour town of Falmouth to the east and Land's End to the west.
