Off road parking for one car, plus additional roadside parking nearby. Enclosed garden with patio on the lower level and gravel on the upper level, plus outdoor furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 5 mins walk. Beach 5 mins walk.
Location
Penrose is a modern and bright bungalow located on the outskirts of Porthleven. The bungalow sleeps three people and has two double bedrooms (one with a king size bed and en-suite) and a family bathroom. The kitchen and lounge both have sliding doors which lead out on the private patio. From the patio, steps lead up to a gravelled terrace with a bench. There is off road parking for one car, plus additional roadside parking nearby. Located just a short walk Porthleven harbour and beach, Penrose is a very pleasant and comfortable holiday home at any time of the year.
