Reviews of Pendrea
"Clean, well equipped with plenty of parking. Lovely welcome pack with flowers, wine and biscuits. Had a fantastic week. The house was great for our two children and a quick walk to Porthleven and Low Bar. Amazing sea views. Thoroughly recommended."

"On arrival first problem was parking advertised as 3 parking spaces but only if you have a 4 by 4 off road vehicle the drive is incredibly steep so not able to park cars but this means also not suitable for anyone with mobility problems either. Both bathroom and on suite show clean modern rooms so wish this was true the mould in both are not seen on the promotional pictures but are very much in evidence. The main bedroom has a smell that air fresheners do not mask. Wobbly banister reported in 2016 not yet fixed Kitchen is well stocked with utensils but very dated, cooker well worn with a greasy filter in cooker hood, shelves are sticky with grease so not much fun eating in there once meal is served. Whilst overall place is fairly clean and comfortable definitely not as clean as should be eg when opening window in conservatory shocked at cobwebs and dirt. Garden steep with hazards not suitable for children / older people / disabled. So for money we paid feel we have not had good value"
