"All the amenities that you will need in a perfect setting. Clean and easy to find. Plenty of shops,pubs and restaurants to choose from on your door step. With parking for most an issue in the village it is very helpful to have a gated parking space. Very helpful caretaker for all your needs. Would highly recommend a stay here for a small family."

"Kernow Cottage is the perfect place for us. Quiet but close to shops, restaurants, pubs and the harbour. This was our 3rd trip to Porthleven, which we love, and we have finally found the place to come back to. Everything we needed was there, comfortable bed, good shower, more crockery and glassware than we needed. Lovely sofas and all beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. We will definitely be back next year!"

"Lovely well equipped cottage in a lovely harbour location. Clean..tidy..homely..all you need for a great getaway. If l have any negatives it would be that l felt the timing on arrival...4pm and departure 10am felt slightly short of a 7 day holiday.. Strongly recommend.."
