Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Enclosed lawned garden and patio area with furniture. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile and pub 1.3 miles. Note: There are steep stairs inside and care must be taken. Note: There is livestock surrounding the property.
