Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, TV, DVD, iPod dock, WiFi. Fuel, power and first basket of logs inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Roadside parking available in street outside property, or car park 300 yds. Covered storage area at rear. One well behaved pet accepted. Shop 5 mins walk, pub 5 mins walk. Note: Stairs are steep in this property . Note: Regretfully children are not accepted at this property.
