First floor bathroom bath, shower, WC and basin. Second floor bathroom with bath, WC and basin. Open plan living room with kitchen, dining and sitting areas. Separate sitting room with TV and Xbox. Utility room with WC and basin. Gas central heating. Range cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, stairgate and hook-on- table highchair (supervision req at all times) available. No Parking, on road parking when available and a chargeable car park within a 10 minute walk at average pace. Car park can be reached by a local chargeable mini bus service, when available. Garden with patio and furniture and outside shower. Sorry, no pets or smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Entrance to the property up steep hill, access is by foot only, there are also some steps.

62 Esplanade is a spacious cottage situated inthe village of Fowey near to the town of Charlestown in Cornwall and benefits from stunning views of the river and estuary. The cottage can sleep 12 people in 1 bunk room, 3 double rooms (one with en suite bath with shower over, WC and basin) 1 single with trundle bed, 1 twin as well as two family bathrooms. The rest of the cottage is made up of an open plan living room with kitchen, dining and sitting area, a separate sitting room and a utility room. To the outside of the cottage is a garden with a patio and furniture. 62 Esplanade is an outstanding cottage which can be enjoyed throughout the year.

Fowey is situated on the west bank of the River Fowey and has a unique charm with something for everyone. The town's natural harbour has for many years been a magnet for yachtsmen, attracting a multitude of sailing dinghies, yachts, schooners and motor launches. Back on land the quaint cottages and a mixture of medieval and Georgian historic buildings upon cobbled walkways all add to the enchanting atmosphere. With a fine selection of quality shops, galleries, restaurants and pubs Fowey really is a year round destination. There are many family attractions in the area, including Mevagissey and Charlestown harbours, the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan.
