Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV, WiFi. A starter pack for stove included in rent. Bed linen and towels included in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Patio with furniture. Sorry no pets and no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 1 mile, beach 1 mile. Infants and children are not accepted at this property.

This contemporary barn conversion is situated in Falmouth close to its beaches, galleries, shops, restaurants and pubs. The property sleeps two people and has one double bedroom, bathroom with a freestanding bath and a generous shower cubicle. The interior is arranged on one level with a sitting room, equipped with a wood burner and a kitchen with dining area. Outside is a onto a small enclosed patio with garden furniture and rural views. The Long Barn provides spacious and modern accommodation for couples seeking a romantic retreat within walking distance of Swanpool Beach and within easy reach of Falmouth town centre with its attractions, galleries, boutique shops and restaurants.

Falmouth, with its magnificent natural harbour (the third largest in the world), winding streets and beaches, will keep you occupied for hours. The town's old harbourside pubs, excellent shopping, art gallery and stunning National Maritime Museum simply complete the picture. Pendennis Castle, built by Henry VIII, is Falmouth's most popular attraction, sited on its own peninsula with superb panoramic sea views. Across from Falmouth harbour is the beautiful town of St Mawes, surrounded by the rocky coves, sandy beaches and lush green countryside of the Roseland Peninsula. Go there by car (15 miles) or take the passenger ferry from Falmouth (15 minutes).
