Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair. Off road parking for 1 car, plus roadside parking in front of property on first come, first served basis. Alternative parking in Maritime Museum pay-and-display car park. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome. Roof terrace with furniture (accessed from two bedrooms or by walkway from rear garden), front, enclosed lawned garden with terrace and furniture and rear, enclosed patio with furniture and BBQ area (BBQ not provided). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Beach 10 mins walk. Train station 5 mins walk. Note: Narrow lane up to property, off road parking may not be accessible if driving 4 x 4 type vehicles or a people carrier. Note: Property has steep rear garden with steps leading to it. Note: No stag/hen parties.

Location

Maritime View is a spacious Victorian townhouse which dates back to 1868 and is set just a few minutes? walk from Falmouth town centre and can sleep eight people. There are two doubles and a twin bedroom with access to the roof terrace. The cottage also has a shower room, a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with a dining area. Outside there is off road parking for one car, a roof terrace with furniture (accessed from two of the bedrooms or the walkway from the rear garden), a front garden with terrace and furniture and a rear garden patio with furniture and a barbecue area. Maritime View is a lovely base for your well deserved break away.

Falmouth boasts the third largest natural harbour in the world, winding streets, beaches, pubs, shops, an art gallery, a National Maritime Museum and Pendennis Castle. Nearby is the town of St Mawes and Swanpool Nature Reserve.
