Mostly ground floor. Three bedrooms: 1 x first floor twin (zip/link, can be super king-size double on request), 1 x double, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen. Dining room. Sitting room with gas fire. Gas central heating with gas fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine,tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview,(run through a sky box, so if wish to bring your own sky card, you can do so) DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and stairgate. Off road parking for 2 cars with space for boat trailer. Enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops 2 miles, pub 1 mile.
Location
Lowenna is a semi-detached dormer bungalow situated on the outskirts of Famouth in Cornwall. This cottage sleeps sleeps six people and is set all at ground floor level, apart from a first floor twin which can be a super king-size double on request. The cottage also has a double and twin bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with gas fire. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Lowenna is an ideal base for families with a beach within walking distance, and so many other family-friendly attractions in the area.
Falmouth boasts the third largest natural harbour in the world, winding streets, beaches, pubs, shops, an art gallery, a National Maritime Museum and Pendennis Castle. Nearby is the town of St Mawes and Swanpool Nature Reserve.

"Always a struggle to find dog friendly. This one so dog friendly he even had his own doggy bean bags to sleep on. Extra keys provided so didn't have to worry about being out at different times. And really nifty way of collecting keys. Didn't have to worry about arrival time at all. On arrival found cookies, tea bags, sugar, coffee, wine, and even milk in the fridge. So welcome after a long drive. Smaller than we thought it would be but perfectly adequate for 3 adults and a dog. Garden was actually bigger than it looked on photos. Jill, the owner, is aware of the low fence at the back and blocked it off when mentioned. By low I mean about 4 foot. You'd have to have a loon of a dog like ours to try it. Fluffy, proper size towels. Comfy beds. And well equipped kitchen. Thank you Jill. "

"The host is so helpful and generous. Everything was in a wonderful condition; cleanliness and furniture. Having two dogs with us worked OK because the garden is very safe and enclosed as stated. It's well equipped with full table, chairs and separate chairs etc. It was a very nice sunny corner to relax with a glass of wine. The cottage is on a very quiet cul de sac so there was no passing noisy traffic. It was very easy to get out to main roads and activities. Well done."

"Great area for a relaxing break, with a lovely coastline and stunning views. 'Lowenna' offered a home from home environment, it was comfortable and we had a nice welcome from the owner. A dog friendly bungalow with plenty of room for two dogs in an enclosed garden."
