Oaklands is a super riverside lodge sitting with similar styled properties near the Cornish village of Boscastle. The lodge sleeps six people and has one king and one twin room on the first floor. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom, a wet room and open plan living area with kitchen and a sitting area. Outside there is a decking area with seating and off road parking for two cars. Sitting alongside the river with rolling countryside views, Oaklands is an perfect retreat for a family holiday.

"We stayed at Oaklands over the New Year and found that the cottage is perfectly positioned to be able to get to the popular tourist places - Padstow, Tintagel, Bude, etc. within easy reach, yet as it is in a quiet private complex you feel like you are in your own little world. The shower in the wet room is amazing - we all loved it. It's great to come back to a warm, clean and relaxing cottage after a bracing winter's walk on the beach. The cottage was exactly as described in the Sykes listing - very clean with everything we needed, and more. We had a great stay and plan to come back and will recommend to friends."
