Electric storage heaters with solid fuel stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Enclosed garden with lawn, patio, furniture and BBQ. Shared use of hot tub and sauna. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: Cottage has its own spring water supply, which is regularly tested. Note: Check-in 4pm.

"The accommodation was lovely and we were well looked after by the owner. Everything we needed was provided, there wasn't anything missing at all! We had entertainment supplied such as books, puzzles, games and DVDs! The hot tub area was fabulous, very relaxing and overall lovely!"
