First floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Electric central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. On-site parking for 2 cars. Patio and extended balcony with 2 new rattan sofas seating up to 4 guests and coffee table. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Shared use of on-site leisure club at Honicombe Park (closed 25th December and 1st January only) including indoor heated pool, outdoor heated pool (May ? Sep inclusive), sauna, mini gym, outdoor chess and tennis courts. Note: First floor balcony, children to be supervised.

As well as being the home of Ginsters Cornish pasties, Callington offers a good selection of restaurants and pubs. Callington is a Cornish market town, rich in mining heritage and overlooked by Kit Hill, the highest point in the area, boasting amazing views across south-east Cornwall as far as Plymouth Sound.
