First floor open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Electric heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, WiFi, DVD, selection of books, games and DVDs, WiFi available on-site in leisure areas. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for two cars. Communal gardens, balcony with furniture. Shared use of on-site leisure club at Honicombe Park (closed 25th December and 1st January only), including indoor heated pool, outdoor heated pool (May - Sep inclusive), sauna, mini gym, children's play area, outdoor chess and tennis courts. Sorry, no smoking. Up to 3 well behaved dogs welcome. Leisure passes supplied. Shop 3 miles, bar and restaurant on-site. Please note: Access to this is in the games room of the manor house. Note: On-site leisure facilities available to guests (closed 25th December and 1st January only).

Calstock is a village in Cornwall, close to the Devon border, dominated by the Calstock Viaduct, a giant 11-arched structure that still carries the railway line above the River Tamar. It is a quiet village with an arts centre attracting musicians and artists from around Cornwall. A mile downstream brings you to National Trust's Cotehele.
