Bathroom with bath, hand shower, WC and washbasin. Central heating with open fire. Electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge, microwave. Washing machine. TV/DVD, WiFi. Bed linen and towels included free of charge. Parking is on a quiet road. Small gravelled garden with table, chairs and BBQ. One pet accepted. No smoking. Shop 1/2 mile. Pub 300 yards. Beach 2 miles.

"This is lovely cottage and very well presented. The house manager was very helpful and we arrived to a lovely cream tea and a beautiful bunch of cornish flowers. We did not encounter any of the issues previous guests had reported and if we returned to Boscastle we would definitely book this cottage again."

"Extremely disappointed in the cottage - very neglected, run down and dirty. Cupboards had spilled coffee and grease in them and had to be cleaned before putting food away. Chipped paintwork, grime and dirty marks on walls, no lights in lower floor utility room so could not see to use washing machine, mattress cover filthy."

"No saucepans .. no hot water ... no heating ... shared garden .... needs new carpet in bedroom ... shower rubbish to small and shower head broke"
